(1) QuickUpload.net provides users with free online storage. After the saving process the respective user receives a download link with which his/her file can be downloaded worldwide via the Internet as well as a deletion link with which the file he/she has uploaded can again be deleted from the server.
(2) The files saved at QuickUpload.net shall be treated confidentially. QuickUpload.net does not have a search function which could help its users search through QuickUpload.net's global infrastructure.
(3) QuickUpload.net offers its services free of charge however QuickUpload.net offers premuim accounts which increase the service capability.

Terms of Service

This QuickUpload.net Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which QuickUpload.net ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
Copyrighted materials such as but not limited to:
* - child pornography content,
* - works the download of which violates third party copyrights,
* - racist or violence-glorifying works,
* - instructions to criminal offences against public peace,

are prohibited.Upon obtaining knowledge of such content QuickUpload.net will immediately remove the content after examination which may take up to 48 hours. We *ALSO* reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete files at any time without User notification.
With regard to users who violate these upload regulations, QuickUpload.net is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice , to block the access of the respective users to its services and/or to delete accounts of such users including all contents.
Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you and they show PROPER Credentials, file/files will removed.
If there is a dispute between participants on this site, QuickUpload.net is under no obligation to become involved.

QuickUpload.net is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.

Free use

(1) QuickUpload.net provides its free users with line and memory capacity at its sole discretion. It is entitled to temporarily disallow the saving of new files, to determine limitation regarding the maximum possible file size, to have the download of files only started after a waiting period, to adapt the rate of transmission to the visitor traffic and to limit the amount of the maximum permissible downloads per file. QuickUpload.net points out that in order to clean up its hard drives it deletes such files which were uploaded by free and registered users and which were not accessed for a time period of 30 days.

Premium membership

(1) QuickUpload.net shall - for the duration of his/her premium membership - provide each user with additional web space as indicated on premium page in which the user can save his/her own files.
(2) Automatic file deletions do not take place for premium users for as long as the data saved for a user does not exceed the total amount indicated on premium page.
(3) QuickUpload.net explicitly points out that it will immediately block premium memberships if the payments made for these memberships are back posted.
